Before you read the standard legal text below, here is our absolute promise: Mutuality is built on a Zero-Knowledge, End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) architecture.

Your relationship notes, custom tags, and AI insights are mathematically locked directly on your physical device. We literally do not have the master key, so we cannot read your data. Because we cannot read your memories, we do not sell them to advertisers, nor do we use them to train generative AI.

When the standard legal jargon below states that we collect "any and all information that you enter," this applies strictly to the unencrypted metadata required to keep your account running (like your email address), basic crash-reporting analytics to fix bugs, and secure payment processing.
